What are the land buying procedures?

We will organize all the necessary steps of buying a land. First you choose the
plot of land. Typically after choosing your plot you will pay a deposit of 10%.
You make a contract approved by legal notary. The deed is approved by the
government authorities in İzmir. The approval usually takes 90 days maximum. You
pay the remainder once your deed has been processed. The next step is planning a
house by the help of our skilled architects and staff. |
